This stretch of the East Drive we have named Magnolia Way not only because of the flourishing of Saucer and Star Magnolias in the mid spring, but because it is also a focal point for other flowering trees including Crabapple and Kwanzan Cherry. With the towering Obelisk to the west and the Metropolitan Museum of Art to the east it is an inspiring walkway in the spring when the iconic flowers are in full bloom.
